A new survey shows that 38% of members of Congress have at some point made the choice to send their children to private school. (Nationally, only 11% of U.S. students are currently in private schools.) The Washington Post points out the incongruity of making this decision for your own family while preventing low-income families from having the same choice–which is exactly what Secretary of Education Arne Duncan and DC OSP opponent Sen.
